About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Youth Resilience Program Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative early intervention programs for children and young people aged 5-18 years in the Canberra region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver short-term programs and activities aimed at building resilience and fostering group connection among young people.
  • Facilitate creative and recreational workshops that promote social-emotional learning and well-being.
  • Transport equipment and art materials to and from classes as required.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience as a class facilitator or teacher.
  • Demonstrated experience working with young people who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing mental health issues.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in art, drama, creative writing, music, or photography.
