Job Opportunity

The Australian Army Cadets is seeking a Governance Officer to perform complex governance work. This role involves monitoring, reporting and improving youth protection outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- National Youth Safety quarterly compliance reporting

- Bi-annual audit of adult volunteer staff training requirements against positions held

- Regular monitoring of adult volunteer staff compliance requirements for working with youth

- Regular review of standard operating procedures

- Implementation of governance procedures within regional headquarters

- Supporting the governance of personnel administration as directed by the National Administration Manager.

About Our Organisation

The Australian Army Cadets is an organisation consisting of military, APS, adult volunteers and cadet youth. We have approximately 21,000 participants, including over 19,000 cadet youth and 2,000 Adult volunteers across Australia.

We require personnel who can manage personnel administration to ensure personnel requirements are achieved.

Required Skills:
