Program Manager for Youth Development

Lead a team of educators and design engaging programs for children aged 5-12 in an after-school care service.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of the service, including compliance and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and facilitate child-centered programs with a focus on STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, school staff, parents and community members
  • Manage a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Ensure the day-to-day operations of the service run smoothly

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and their families.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelors qualified within a relevant discipline (e.g. Youth Work, Early Childhood Education)
