About the Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management to young carers and their families
  • Facilitate skill-building group activities and school holiday programs
  • Link young people with essential services and supports
  • Advocate for young carers and help them navigate life's challenges
  • Promote the CYCLOPS program in the community
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services (or Diploma + extensive experience)
  • Experience in case management, youth work, or community services
  • A trauma-informed approach
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills
  • A valid Working with Vulnerable People Check & Driver's Licence
