About the Role

The Barossa Vintage Festival is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive the planning and delivery of this iconic event. As Chief Event Curator, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative vision, strategic direction, and operational execution of the festival.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the festival's mission and values
  • Lead a team of event professionals to deliver exceptional experiences for attendees
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and community groups, to foster relationships and secure support
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the event
  • Analyze data and evaluate program outcomes to inform future event development

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative professional with a proven track record in event management. Your expertise should include:

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
