Our company, Cup & Carry, uses an online order process, a sales team, and digital marketing to get our products out there. Customers love that we have low minimum quantities, and we make it easy for them to proceed with custom printed packaging, which we dispatch in one week.
We deal with various industries including cafes, pubs, restaurants, wineries, corporates, small businesses, retailers, online retailers, events, schools, and more. We also build partnerships with resellers such as marketing agencies, event management companies, and distributors.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our growth targets. Based in Adelaide, SA, and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your key focus will be on driving growth from our existing customer base through high levels of engagement and exceptional service.
The role involves managing and supporting our existing customer base via phone and email, pitching and presenting creative solutions to grow sales to existing customers, contacting existing customers as new products or service offerings are introduced, answering enquiries, providing quotations, and processing orders.
You will need to have proven success in a similar role, servicing a broad range of customers across industries, strong communication skills, attention to detail, organisational skills, and an energetic approach.
