Achieving Success

To drive hotel performance and achieve commercial goals, we are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer with a strategic mindset. This role requires a hands-on approach to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and cultivating key stakeholder relationships.

This is a high-performing operation with 145 accommodation rooms, an established restaurant - Market & Meander, and the iconic Merrymaker Rooftop Bar. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar complex environment and be able to proactively manage daily sales and marketing activities.

  • Develop and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increased average rates, and volume growth
  • Analyse current and potential market trends, coordinating activities to increase revenue and market share
  • Drive the development, implementation, and optimisation of the Hotel's marketing efforts
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, event planners, and local businesses
About You

We're looking for a results-driven professional with:

  • Previous experience as a Director of Sales & Marketing in a lifestyle or premium brand hotel, of a similar size and operation
  • Ability to work proactively and take accountability for workload and key deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience creating and achieving sales goals and revenue generation targets
  • Proven knowledge and application of marketing concepts
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends
