Job Description

Your Mission:

  • Increase turnover, margins, and awareness for the brand or franchise, as well as long-term partnerships and trade relations with major national or regional accounts, while complying with ethical rules and the defined strategy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Help devise a large-scale development strategy that aligns with the brand/franchise's commercial strategy.
  2. Implement the brand(s)/franchise(s) commercial strategy in synergy with other internal players (Marketing, etc.) and negotiate the marketing of ranges with customers in accordance with the current sales policy.
  3. Negotiate agreements that include compensations.
  4. Apply and monitor the implementation of point-of-sale agreements.
  5. Analyze customer and market indicators.
  6. Draw up an action plan (turnover, trading plan, retail, etc.).
  7. Build sustainable partnerships with key clients from public and private procurement centers.
  8. Monitor the market, competition, and customers while ensuring a regular flow of information to and from the relevant teams/departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
