The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for winning new clients in the Mid-Market segment, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to increase sales of our Phriendly Phishing product.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prospect and engage with potential clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and achieve defined sales targets
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and how our solutions can meet those needs
  • Respond to customer requirements, including requests for quotes, proposals, and tenders
  • Own the customer experience and journey, from solution and proposal to contract sign-off
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid sales background with at least 2+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to corporate, government, NFP, retail, and other sectors
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • An innovative flair, open to change, and focused on finding opportunities for continuous improvement and optimizing work processes
