Service Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Specialist to join our team in VIC, TAS & SA. As a Service Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving service sales processes, generating opportunities and securing profitable sales across the region.

Your primary focus will be on Installed Base (IB) penetration, promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to benefit both customers and ABB. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including customers, Channel Partners, OEMs, EPCs, and the internal sales team to achieve sales goals.

  • Develop and execute sales plans, reviewing progress and proposing recovery plans as needed.
  • Generate service sales leads and identify new market opportunities through market trend analysis and exploring potential new service portfolios.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote ABB's service products and solutions during campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently without supervision. You must have a proven track record of collaborating with end customers, OEMs, EPCs, and Channel Partners, as well as experience prioritizing tasks to meet customer requirements within agreed timeframes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Product and Service Sales Development, preferably within the Electrical industry.
  • Knowledge of MV & LV Drives products.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Highly organized, with the capability to prioritize and plan tasks to meet customer requirements within agreed timeframes.
