The role of an Organisation Development Lead is pivotal in driving business growth and success through strategic talent management and organisational development solutions.
Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced professional with exceptional analytical capabilities to join our People and Culture team in Sydney. As a key member of the Banking and Financial Services Group, you will be responsible for developing high-impact solutions that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop insight-led solutions centred on workforce strategy, succession planning, organisation design, active talent management, advanced talent analytics, career pathways, re-skilling, and workforce transition by partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Engage directly with People and Culture partners and leadership teams to deliver annual cycles of talent activities at scale, including performance management, career promotions, and employee listening.
- Design and implement solutions that leverage industry-leading AI and data tooling to support business priorities in a regulated environment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across different capabilities and regions, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Present strategic concepts and insights to senior audiences, conveying complex ideas simply and concisely.
- Bachelor's degree or other relevant tertiary qualifications in disciplines such as HR, data science, psychology, business, or related fields.
- Exceptional analytical capability, adept with advanced data tooling and modelling solutions, using large and complex datasets to generate insights for senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in generative AI, with a keen interest in growing and learning more.
