Job Title: Organisational Development Professional

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team. As an Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving career development, learning, and engagement initiatives across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leaders to design and implement strategic learning and development initiatives that empower employees to grow within the company.
  • Manage performance reviews, probationary assessments, and career milestone processes to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance and career development to support their teams effectively.
  • Develop and execute an early-career program, including a graduate program, to attract and nurture emerging talent.
  • Analyse people metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, driving data-informed decision-making.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including cyclical activities that enhance the employee experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and workplace relations legislation.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, and experience in internal communications.
  • Experience with Culture Amp preferred.
