Human Resources Administrator Role Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including document collection, induction scheduling, account setup, and equipment arrangements.
  • Invoice Processing & Reconciliation: Accurately process invoices, track expenses, and maintain supporting documentation with attention to detail.
  • Events & Team Bonding: Plan and execute corporate events, team-building activities, and office celebrations to foster a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Office Administration: Coordinate supplies, maintenance, and day-to-day operations efficiently, introducing innovative solutions where possible to improve workflows.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the team with various administrative or operational needs as they arise.

Requirements:

  • A degree or background in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or related fields is essential.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian/New Zealand Citizens, Permanent Residents or Temporary Graduate Visa holders).
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.
  • A confident, professional communicator able to engage across all levels of the organisation is essential.
