Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating leadership, management, and culture change development programs.
  • High-level facilitation, presentation, 360-degree feedback debriefing, and coaching skills that model a culture of learning.
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
