About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and influential professional to join our team as a Principal - Organisational Development Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the Commission's culture and capabilities, both strategically and operationally.

In this role, you will partner with leaders and colleagues to develop and implement individual and organisational solutions that drive success.

Your broad professional expertise, effective problem-solving, relationship management and collaboration skills are essential to excel in this position.

Main Responsibilities
  • To lead the Commission's organisational and individual development, culture, engagement and inclusion strategies and initiatives in an expert, professional and collaborative manner.
  • To provide high-level professional knowledge, leadership and guidance to support the achievement of the Commission's strategic and operational objectives.

  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Selection Criteria

The following selection criteria form a specific part of the selection process:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline and/or extensive professional experience at a senior level.
  • Significant demonstrated experience in leading, developing, implementing and evaluating organisational development initiatives associated with learning and capability development, employee engagement, culture and diversity.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication, influencing, relationship management, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop e-learning content and administer a learning management system.
  • Well-developed skills in research, analysis and demonstrated capability to identify issues and insights and to develop and implement change and improvement strategies.
Remuneration and Benefits

This role offers a total remuneration package valued up to $169,014 per annum, including employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
