Change Manager Job Description">

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all change management activities.

  • Conducting a detailed change impact assessment for all proposed changes, including a thorough understanding of how changes will affect our teams.
  • Identifying and managing skills/knowledge/capability gaps that will result from shared SAP changes.
  • Developing an integrated change management roll-out journey.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to develop training requirements and plan the training roll-out.
  • Engaging with impacted stakeholders and users to prepare them and their teams for the roll-out.
  • Providing ongoing communications to impacted user groups to keep them informed of changes.
  • Developing the go-live support model.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable delivery of large-scale change programs and activities.
  • Functional experience in a role related to Finance, Supply Chain or Merchandising.
  • Ability to lead a change management function and program of work that is integrated in a cohesive way for all impacted stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage potential issues and risks to the program.
  • Demonstrated experience working on large, complex SAP programs, with experience on S/4HANA transitions.
  • Extensive understanding of diverse Change Management principles and effective methodologies to execute suitable strategies as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to peers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to strike a balance between pragmatism and effectiveness with the depth of experience to practically blend these qualities.
  • A strong collaboration style with the ability to engage at all levels throughout an organisation as well as with external stakeholders.
  • A team-oriented and inclusive mindset is essential along with being proactive in identifying and solving problems, and exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience in working in transformation projects.
  • Development of change initiatives to support significant organisational change.
