
Senior Organisational Development Professional

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all change management activities.
- Conducting a detailed change impact assessment for all proposed changes, including a thorough understanding of how changes will affect our teams.
- Identifying and managing skills/knowledge/capability gaps that will result from shared SAP changes.
- Developing an integrated change management roll-out journey.
- Liaising with stakeholders to develop training requirements and plan the training roll-out.
- Engaging with impacted stakeholders and users to prepare them and their teams for the roll-out.
- Providing ongoing communications to impacted user groups to keep them informed of changes.
- Developing the go-live support model.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable delivery of large-scale change programs and activities.
- Functional experience in a role related to Finance, Supply Chain or Merchandising.
- Ability to lead a change management function and program of work that is integrated in a cohesive way for all impacted stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate and manage potential issues and risks to the program.
- Demonstrated experience working on large, complex SAP programs, with experience on S/4HANA transitions.
- Extensive understanding of diverse Change Management principles and effective methodologies to execute suitable strategies as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to peers and stakeholders.
- Ability to strike a balance between pragmatism and effectiveness with the depth of experience to practically blend these qualities.
- A strong collaboration style with the ability to engage at all levels throughout an organisation as well as with external stakeholders.
- A team-oriented and inclusive mindset is essential along with being proactive in identifying and solving problems, and exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience in working in transformation projects.
- Development of change initiatives to support significant organisational change.
