Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current team structures and design future state organisations, taking into account strategic objectives and workforce capabilities.
  • Work with stakeholders to define new roles and responsibilities, and develop plans for workforce transition and change management.
  • Document and communicate changes to all relevant parties, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new organisational designs.

Requirements: 5 years' experience in HR or organisational development, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to analyse complex data and make informed recommendations.
