Executive Assistant to Managing Director

About the role:

This role is supporting a busy Managing Director who wants you to be 3 steps in front of them. You will enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same, you will be confident on the phone and be happy to set up sales meetings for the MD. This role is varied and busy and requires someone who can wear multiple hats.

You will be required to:

  • Diary management
  • Booking all travel and accommodation
  • Proactively arrange meetings, manage agendas, document all notes and follow up on actions
  • Lead coordination and managing follow up process
  • Manage a Virtual Assistant
  • Expenses
  • Pull together sales materials

Liaising in a constructive and supportive manner with others to achieve win-win outcomesAssist with other brokers as necessary

About you:

  • Previous PA / EA experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy providing high level support and ensuring there is a good culture in the team
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Previous experience working in a sales environment
  • Friendly can-do attitude, wanting to be part of a team
  • Strong financial and business acumen supported by well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills would be beneficial
