The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Director to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple regions. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll develop and execute strategies to fuel growth, working towards shared pipeline and revenue goals. You'll leverage data analysis tools like Hockeystack and Gong to inform your decisions and optimize marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that create a surround sound effect with top target accounts, focusing on field, events, word of mouth, and targeted campaigns.
  • Lead initiatives to deepen our understanding of audiences at scale, developing positioning and messaging rooted in local insights to drive relevance and growth.
  • Communicate our marketing-led growth strategy across the company, reporting on results and key learnings regularly, and partnering with teams like Product, Data, and Finance.
  • Contribute to brand building across all regions, creating affinity with potential clients throughout their buyer's journey.
  • Support the recruitment and development of key team members, empowering them to drive performance.
