Executive Assistant to Managing Director

About the role:
This senior administrative role supports a busy Managing Director, requiring a proactive and organised individual to be three steps ahead. You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, confident on the phone and skilled in setting up sales meetings for the MD.
- Diary management
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Proactively arrange meetings, manage agendas, document notes and follow up on actions
- Lead coordination and manage follow-up processes
- Manage a Virtual Assistant
- Expenses
- Pull together sales materials
Liaising with others to achieve win-win outcomes. Assist with other brokers as necessary.
About you:
- Previous experience as a PA/EA in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy providing high-level support and ensuring a good culture in the team
- Strong MS Office skills
- Previous experience in a sales environment
- Friendly, can-do attitude and wanting to be part of a team
- Strong financial and business acumen, supported by well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
