At DoorDash, our mission is to empower local economies by connecting consumers with their favorite restaurants and stores. We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Strategist for Customer Retention to join our team in Australia.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to help us create strategic programs and communications to increase customer retention and engagement using email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotions.

In this role, you will work closely with our Manager of Retention Marketing to develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty and advocacy. You will be responsible for managing ad hoc, triggered, and transactional programs, including optimization of existing programs and development of new ones.

You will also test and schedule emails, push notifications, in-app messaging, and promotions, and manage communications reporting dashboards, monitor trends, and make recommendations based on results.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing, deep familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs/marketing automation platforms, and basic knowledge of analytics tools, HTML, and data visualization platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing
  • Deep familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPs/marketing automation platforms
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (SQL proficiency a plus), HTML, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Sigma)
