About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lifecycle Strategist to join our team at VGW.

As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of retention campaigns as part of our CRM Lifecycle strategy.

With a strong focus on customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision making, you will work closely with our Head of CRM to ensure that our campaigns are executed with precision and drive growth.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in the office and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to engage customers across various retention channels.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform personalized communication approaches.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to understand customer journey insights and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Presentation of results and insights to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience of tracking and reporting on campaign and marketing metrics.
  • Stakeholder management skills and experience working on projects in any capacity.
  • Creative thinking on campaign design and imagery assets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree qualification in marketing, business administration, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years' CRM experience and 5+ years of email marketing.
  • 2+ years' experience in the gaming industry is highly advantageous.

What We Offer:

At VGW, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes flexible working hours, remote work options, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
