As a Customer Acquisition and Retention Marketing Professional, you'll lead initiatives to engage, retain, and grow our customer base. You'll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, Data, and more to deliver impactful strategies that encourage multi-product adoption and foster long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel customer marketing campaigns in collaboration with various teams.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling customer content by distilling product information and CVPs, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance guidelines.
- Retention Program Development: Collaborate across teams to develop and execute targeted retention strategies, including tailored offers for high-risk customers.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to inform campaign strategies, measure impact, and continuously improve results.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, uncovering opportunities to enhance outcomes and refine strategies.
- Value-Added Services Promotion: Lead initiatives that showcase Tyro's ecosystem of value-added services to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Go-To-Market Initiatives Support: Educate customers on new products or features to drive activation, usage, and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of business or retail banking products, including deposits, payments, and loans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with copywriting experience highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience in customer or lifecycle marketing, ideally within finance or tech organizations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence at all levels, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience leveraging marketing and customer data for reporting and decision-making.
