About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Sydney. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will lead innovative acquisition campaigns targeting the accounting and bookkeeping segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement acquisition campaigns that align with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.

Virtual and In-Person Events

You will plan and deliver engaging virtual and in-person events to connect with accountants and bookkeepers, driving lead generation.

Content-Led Demand Generation

Create and manage content-led campaigns tailored to accountants and bookkeepers. Distribute high-quality content across channels to enhance engagement and boost conversions.

Performance Tracking and Analysis

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics. Analyse data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and make informed decisions.

Budget Management

Oversee campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective execution and maximise ROI. Allocate resources efficiently and monitor spending to remain within budget.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on acquisition campaigns.
  • Expertise in virtual and in-person events, as well as content-led demand generation.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of thriving in fast-paced environments with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
