About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team at MedHealth Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert rehabilitation services to our clients in Regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality rehabilitation services to clients in Regional NSW, including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and exercise physiology.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that promote client independence and well-being.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise Sports Science Australia).
  • Relevant qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or exercise physiology.
  • Proven experience in rehabilitation services, preferably in a community or regional setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
