We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant - Psychologist to join our team at MedHealth Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.

• Conduct early intervention and psychological worksite assessments to identify and address potential barriers to recovery.
• Participate in medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison to ensure effective case management and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counselling to support injured workers in achieving their goals and returning to work.
• Conduct vocational assessments to identify suitable job opportunities and develop return-to-work plans.

• Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
• Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
• Current driver's license and vehicle.
• Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.
• The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
