About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at MedHealth Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary allied health team, you will play a critical role in providing workplace rehabilitation services that uplift, rebuild, and restore self-confidence, self-worth, and overall wellbeing following injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of individuals who have sustained a physical or psychological injury in the workplace and develop effective solutions and strategies to ensure a safe return to work.
  • Work collaboratively with a broad spectrum of employers to provide rehabilitation and recovery support.
  • Provide innovative and driven support pathways to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Exercise Physiology & Occupational Therapy.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (preferred).
  • A willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver's license compulsory).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a confident approach towards engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with effective time management.
