We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation journey of our clients, helping them to achieve their health goals and return to service.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement rehabilitation plans
- Conduct assessments and monitor progress, making adjustments as needed
- Provide clinical guidance and support to clients, promoting independence and self-management
- Work closely with medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC/RCAA
- Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, Social Work, or as a Chiropractor
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for helping people rehabilitate and achieve their health goals
