About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at MedHealth Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct early intervention and psychological worksite assessments to identify and address potential workplace hazards.
- Participate in medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison to ensure effective case management and rehabilitation outcomes.
- Provide rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counselling to support injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
- Conduct vocational assessments to identify suitable job opportunities and develop return-to-work plans.
- Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA.
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
- Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
- Current driver's license and vehicle.
- Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.
- Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers.
