We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Acumen Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation journey of Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that promote optimal health and well-being outcomes for ADF personnel.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify rehabilitation needs and develop tailored plans to achieve specific health goals.
• Provide expert clinical guidance and support to ADF personnel throughout their rehabilitation journey.

• Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC/RCAA.
• Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, or Social Work.
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for helping people rehabilitate and achieve optimal health outcomes.
• 12 months occupational rehabilitation experience is highly desirable.
• Australian Citizenship.
