As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential support across phone, chat, and email channels, handling Level 1 inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, learning the ins and outs of customer support and administration.
The successful candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, basic technical skills, and a genuine interest in helping others. Experience in customer service or administration is preferred, but not required.
A typical day in this role may include responding to customer enquiries, managing and prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive team environment.
Our company culture values teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of **$52,500** per annum, pro rata, depending on experience and location.
