**About the Role**

The Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing seeks a highly skilled Building Decommissioning Officer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and deliver decommissioning projects for high-rise towers under the direction of the High-rise Decommissioning Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the decommissioning process, including procurement, contractor performance management, and contract administration. They will also work closely with relocation teams and local housing offices to decant sites.

We are looking for someone with strong project management skills, including budgeting, monitoring progress, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in delivering fast-track residential or social infrastructure projects is essential.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
