Homelessness Sector Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our Homelessness Support Services Program.
The successful candidate will provide engaging support to clients from diverse backgrounds, empowering them to address individual needs contributing to their homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients through outreach and assist them in establishing and maintaining sustainable tenancies.
- Support clients to access relevant resources and specialist services.
- Develop and implement case plans to address client needs and goals.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in case management within the homelessness sector.
- Previous experience in assisting clients to access and maintain private rental housing.
- Understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
- Knowledge of specialist platforms supporting homelessness services.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
