APS4 Executive Liaison

Hudson Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Liaison to provide high-level executive and administrative support to our Senior Executive Service (SES) officers and their division and/or branch more broadly.

The key responsibilities of the position include:

  • managing and organisation of your Executive and branch's inboxes, calendars, and appointments.
  • managing the workflows of tasks for your Executive and ensuring priorities and timeframes are met.
  • maintaining processes and systems of the branch and/or division including preparation of committee meetings.
  • organisation of travel and finance for your Executive.
  • providing general administrative support to your executive and their branch including distributing information, preparing meeting agendas, record keeping and tracking of correspondence.

Ideal candidates will have excellent time management skills, be able to effectively manage multiple demands and prioritise work accordingly, demonstrate high level attention to detail, have excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate discretion and integrity across their work, and be comfortable and adaptable to changing priorities.
