The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and location. We're seeking an experienced Senior Vendor Liaison Specialist to join our team in Australia or New Zealand.
Job Description
As the Senior Vendor Liaison Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing relationships with customers, external Debt Collections Agencies (DCA), and customer service teams to facilitate collections activity and reduce losses.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party collection vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as BNPL code, DCGs, ASIC, Privacy Act, CCFA, and more.
- Drive performance improvement and collection efficiency.
- Facilitate annual DCA audits and identify, evaluate, monitor, and escalate third-party risks.
- Participate in DCA Call Calibrations sessions and Monthly, Quarterly Governance meetings.
- Manage and coordinate changes to supplier and third-party management processes.
- Monitor contracts, including service level agreements (SLAs), of third-party collection vendors.
- Complete Collections reporting requirements according to the Global Collection Oversight Framework.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in call auditing/call calibrations.
- Collections experience.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Exceptional client focus and ability to form relationships and establish trust quickly.
- Working knowledge of ANZ Regulatory requirements.
