Key Account Liaison Opportunity

Seeking a relationship-driven professional to serve as a liaison between front-line staff and support teams, fostering strong connections with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

This role requires a conduit for complex customer needs in a fast-paced environment, building a career pathway to become a Relationship Manager, driving community growth and development.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support senior property relationship managers and their customer portfolios, including complex cases.
  • Deepen existing customer relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions across commercial banking products.
  • Onboard new customers, gather necessary information, complete applications, and maintain ongoing portfolio administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business or finance degree preferred; ideal experience in business/commercial lending, credit risk principles, and financial analysis.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of economic conditions and market influences beneficial.
  • Ability to support dedicated bankers in delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions.
