Job Summary

Samsung is seeking a highly experienced State Sales Manager to lead our Consumer Electronics division in Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering sales targets across the state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the state
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional managers, store managers, and franchisees
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure effective execution of sales plans and provide coaching and feedback to sales teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies and plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management to ensure visibility and accountability

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the consumer electronics industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering sales targets
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
