About the Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing Technical or Project Director to take on a leadership opportunity in our NSW/ACT region. As a Technical Director/State Manager, you will be responsible for leading our technical and project delivery teams, while also fostering a positive and inclusive culture across our Sydney, Canberra, and Newcastle offices.

About the Role

As a Technical Director/State Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading our technical and project delivery teams in NSW/ACT
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive culture across our Sydney, Canberra, and Newcastle offices
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth in the NSW/ACT region
  • Representing Beca in client and public forums, engaging with key clients, stakeholders, and market contacts
  • Coordinating and executing NSW and ACT market growth strategies, including identifying new market opportunities and tracking performance
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical or Project Director who has a passion for technical and project delivery. You will have a strong network and influencer, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will be able to work collaboratively with our teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
