About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Consultant to join our Contact Centre team. As a Customer Relationship Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers, helping to retain loyal customers by understanding their individual needs and offering tailored solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be a Customer Champion: Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover customers' financial goals and provide recommendations for the best solutions.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong, positive relationships with customers, both internal and external, and consistently provide exceptional customer service.
  • Contribute to Team Success: Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, meeting productivity targets and ensuring efficient turnaround times.
  • Commit to Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with our conversational frameworks, retention strategies, and ongoing business initiatives.

About You

We are looking for a people-focused, career-oriented individual who is passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional service. Experience in sales, retention, or customer service is ideal, and a background in financial services is highly regarded.
