- Your Day Will Look Like:
- Be a Customer Champion: Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover customers' financial goals, using your knowledge of ME products to recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Build strong, positive relationships with customers, both internal and external, consistently providing exceptional customer service while upholding BOQ Group values.
- Contribute to Team Success: Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, meeting productivity targets and ensuring efficient turnaround times, being flexible to support other business units during peak periods.
