About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our team at Stream Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to capture them.
  • Work closely with our product team to understand customer needs and provide feedback to inform product development.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in enterprise sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop strategic plans to meet them.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
