The Role

As a Strategic Enterprise Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing our sales cycle, focusing on strategic enterprise accounts, including the Global 500.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, mapping accounts, and expanding key stakeholder relationships.

You will work closely with our dedicated BDR teams and Subject Matter Experts to address complex use cases and present Darktrace to enterprise-scale opportunities.

You will also take the lead in running projects (POCs) with enterprise-scale opportunities and run commercial negotiations with CISOs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with dedicated BDR teams and dedicated Subject Matter Experts to address complicated use-cases
  • Attending meetings to present Darktrace and discuss Cyber challenges/priorities with Enterprise scale opportunities
  • Taking the lead in running projects (POCs) with Enterprise Scale opportunities
  • Running commercial negotiations and discussing security roadmaps with CISO's
  • Mapping key accounts and developing strategic relationships with executive stakeholders (C-Level and below)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in outbound sales or account management in the strategic space
  • Experience selling software within the security industry
  • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to leverage off your network and our partners to build pipeline
