About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our team at LinkedIn. As a trusted adviser, you will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with our solutions (Talent & Learning) and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Engagement: Research and understand customer business needs, prepare thoughtful questions and insights, and build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  2. Solution Selling: Lead with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives and drive customer decision making by achieving shared vision.
  3. Commercial Acumen: Apply business acumen when crafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and use data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections.
  4. Account Planning: Map key stakeholders in an account, assess the strength of the account relationship, and create account outreach strategy.
  5. Collaboration: Work with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve optimal customer success and agree to joint accountability.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 8+ years of applicable sales experience, preferably with experience in HR software, SaaS opportunities, and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills, as well as the ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
