About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the customer's organization.
  3. Conduct thorough research on customer businesses to identify opportunities for growth and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Lead with a solutions-focused approach, aligning our products with customer objectives and challenges.
  5. Drive customer decision-making by achieving shared vision and proactively considering the value props that tie all stakeholders together.
  6. Apply business acumen to craft and negotiate commercial agreements that meet customer needs.
  7. Use data and insights to support investment recommendations and overcome customer objections.
  8. Proactively mitigate churn risk by adopting a customer-centric approach.
  9. Engage customers throughout the sales cycle to confirm and clarify value and adapt a strategy when needed to optimize ROI.
  10. Drive customer growth by proactively identifying opportunities to deliver greater customer value.

Requirements

  1. 8+ years of applicable sales experience.
  2. Experience with HR software and SaaS opportunities.
  3. BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in an evangelistic sales environment.
  6. Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others.
  7. Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
  8. Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs.
