About the Role

Morgan Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the warehousing and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Develop strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Account Growth and Development
    • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase revenue from existing accounts.
    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth targets.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing managers to attract new clients.
  • Service Delivery and Performance
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
    • Monitor and report on account performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
    • Brief internal stakeholders on upcoming projects for quotation and execution purposes.
  • Contract Management
    • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and company policies.
    • Manage contract renewals and extensions.
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor account budgets and financial performance.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to clients and management.
    • Prepare and present quotations as required.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and customer service.
    • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Provide support to the customer service team as needed.
