About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Children's Program Lead to join our team at TheirCare.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging programs, creating positive relationships within the school community, and supporting local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for working with children and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry and completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
  • An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state and a Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
  • A valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training) and a Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
