As a Senior Business Analyst at Westpac, you will be responsible for driving the UNITE data transformation program. This is a critical initiative that aims to improve the quality and efficiency of our data analytics capabilities.

Job Description:

You will work closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather and document business requirements. Your strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business requirements will enable you to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure the successful delivery of data-driven initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on data-driven initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, SAS, and Azure.
  • A solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
  • Experience in leading and managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles and the ability to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
