**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workplace and Facilities Manager to lead key project activities for the Crown Solicitor's Office (CSO) office relocation to Parkline Place.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management and project management, with experience in leading office relocations and/or office fitouts. They will be responsible for developing and implementing the workplace and facility strategy to ensure a seamless office transition from Martin Place to the new location at Parkline Place.

About the Role:

  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including Property and Development NSW, Corporate Services teams, the CSO's Extended Leadership Group, and employee working groups, to deliver strategic and operational plans for the workplace fitout.
  • Oversee the end-to-end relocation strategy, implementing new and innovative facilities services that meet the needs of the CSO.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Develop timely solutions to complex challenges within financial, logistical, and industrial constraints.

About You:

  • You have significant experience in facilities management and project management, with a focus on office relocations and/or office fitouts.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • You have knowledge of innovative workplace design trends and are familiar with government policy and legislative requirements.
