We are seeking an experienced Community Program Manager to lead our JAPAC community programs. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your skills in community management, strategy, and team leadership to drive growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement and participation.">
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of motivation, engagement, and career growth.">
  • Analyze community data to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.">
  • Collaborate with global community marketing to scale community programs and regional localization.">
  • Optimize current programs to align with audience needs and interests.">
  • Pilot new initiatives, including influencer marketing, to drive community impact.">

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in community/advocacy/product development, with at least 3 years of leadership experience. You should possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as a strong analytical and human side to community management.
