Program Manager Job Overview

As a Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that promote positive behavior support.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced BCBA or BCaBA certified professional to lead our therapy teams in delivering innovative allied healthcare solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing skills-building programs that reflect identified behavioral objectives
  • Implementing treatment plans, documenting contacts and observations, and strategizing continuous improvements
  • Providing training, clinical supervision, and consultation to team members on strategies and methodologies for working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Maintaining data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for clients receiving behavioral interventions
Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or significant progress toward meeting certification requirements
  • A minimum of three years of recent experience working with individuals with ASD and their families
  • Knowledge of early childhood and autism assessment tools and procedures, child development, and applied behavior analysis techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients
